After a successful Beta, we’re rolling out two AI features to every my +plus leads account.
AI Smart Search lets you search your lead data in plain English. Instead of manually setting filters, type something like “Free and clear properties in 78704” or “Single family homes in Austin with absentee owners and low equity,” and the AI builds the search for you. An AI Agent panel shows exactly which filters were applied and why, and you can refine results with the “Continue searching” field without starting over. Your searches save as named lists and sync straight to your CRM.
AI Says analyzes every data point we have on a property and produces a concise, two-part briefing. The Property Summary covers condition, recent updates, ownership history, and motivation indicators. The Pricing & Positioning Insights section breaks down equity, predictive sale indicators, and the best angles to focus on during outreach. Generate it with one click from any listing, or enable automatic generation in your settings.
A quick note on credits: AI Says draws from your Augmentation Credits. Auto-generation can use your free Basic AI credits quickly across large lists, so if you want richer summaries or a higher allowance, you can upgrade to Premium AI from the credits meter in the lower-left of your portal.
