Below are the Refund Policies for products provided by my +plus leads.
For Sale by Owner Data, Expired Data, Preforeclosure Data and For Rent by Owner are made available for trial if bundled. For Sale by Owner (FSBO), For Rent by Owner (FRBO), and Expired Data subscription fees cannot be refunded unless proof of written request is provided before the activation or renewal date.
For Sale by Owner Data, Expired Data, Preforeclosure Data and For Rent by Owner trials are given full access to the web portal. However, exporting / downloading of the data is limited to 250 listings. You will be prompted to bypass the trial if you wish to export more than 250 listings. If you choose to proceed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
No refunds will be issued if user has had previous trials in the past or has any past due balances on previous accounts under any circumstance.
The my +plus leads Neighborhood Data Service provides premium content and usage represents real charges incurred by my +plus leads. Thus, no refunds are made available after subscribing to this services under any circumstances.

The Contact Enhance, provides augmented data for requested information. my +plus leads purchases data from premium data providers to ensure the highest quality to our subscribers. Usage represents real charges incurred by my +plus leads, thus no refunds are available under any circumstances after records have been processed.
The customer is responsible for loading and processing or records. No refunds will be issued for lists processed inadvertently.
All requests for refunds will be processed within 7 days of written request to support@myplusleads.com.
